Design expressive player clothing for EA SPORTS FC using character art, anatomy, costume knowledge, and precise realistic material rendering.This Senior Concept Artist position focuses on conceptualizing garments, shoes, accessories, and complete outfits for an in-game vanity system. You will translate creative briefs into visual targets, exploring realistic and stylized characters and costumes. Your artwork will guide environments, characters, props, and 3D assets while supporting the Art Team through production cycles. The team works onsite in Vancouver three days weekly, Tuesday through Thursday.Key Responsibilities:
Explore clothing, accessory, and outfit designs from referencesDevelop varied patterns using color, texture, and graphicsRender garments with accurate seams, folds, fit, and materialsDesign and pose figures in action and dramatic scenesSupport Character Art and collaborate with Art DirectorsRequirements:
Strong understanding of realistic anatomy and human body fundamentalsExpertise in clothing, fabrics, drape, folds, and material propertiesExperience creating turnarounds and detailed accessory call-outsAbility to design realistic and stylized characters and costumesAbility to render expressive poses, gestures, and movement accuratelyApply character costume artistry and fashion material knowledge to compelling player visuals across EA SPORTS FC.
