Lead consumer, shopper, and market analysis as a Senior Insights Analyst with Essity in a hybrid office-based role across four locations.Essity seeks a Senior Market Research Analyst to interpret data and guide strategic business decisions. You will support assigned brands or categories through competitor intelligence, category dynamics, and consumer preference research. The position suits professionals with three to five years supporting consumer packaged goods businesses.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze consumer, shopper, customer, and market dataTranslate complex findings into actionable recommendationsMonitor category performance using syndicated data sourcesDesign and support market research studiesPresent insights through reports, dashboards, and scorecardsRequirements:
Three to five years of CPG market research experienceStrong analytical and data synthesis skillsExperience with Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, or KantarUnderstanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologiesStrong communication and storytelling skills with dataApply market research, syndicated data analysis, and insight storytelling to support Essity brands and categories across locations.
