Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and draft policies to enhance market integrity - Engage with the Canadian Securities Administrators for rule approvals - Review international and domestic market structure developments - Represent CIRO in meetings and advisory committees - Support CIRO divisions including Surveillance and Compliance
Requirements: - Law Degree and in good standing with Canadian Bar - 5–10 years’ relevant experience in the regulatory field - Experience in policy development and project management - Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills - Comprehensive knowledge of securities legislation and market operations
