Infrastructure Analyst at goeasy

Become an integral part of goeasy as an Infrastructure Analyst, optimizing our hybrid cloud infrastructure. Support day-to-day operations while ensuring performance and security across Azure and on-prem environments. We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst with at least 2 years in IT Infrastructure Operations. This role encompasses responsibilities like incident management, identity platform integration, and system administration. You will enhance operations through documentation, automation, and cross-team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Support hybrid cloud infrastructure operations for reliability and performance
- Manage incidents and service requests via the ITSM platform
- Administer identity platforms like Active Directory and Okta
- Troubleshoot core network services, including DNS and VPN
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams for compliance
- 2+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations
- Degree or diploma in IT or related field
- Understanding of cloud concepts, especially Azure
- Familiarity with IT Service Management practices
- Basic skills in scripting or automation tools
