Project Coordinator (Construction)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction projects from planning through completion. This is a remote position focused on project administration, documentation, scheduling, and communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate project documentation and maintain organized records
* Assist with project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking
* Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project updates
* Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities
* Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the construction industry is an asset
