As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations across various locations in Canada. Your role is key in not only managing a high-performing team but also implementing customer-focused strategies to drive sales and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations. Your expertise will guide the store toward achieving its goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations efficiently
- Recruit and coach store team members
- Drive sales objectives, KPIs, and budget goals
- Create and implement customer-focused sales strategies
- Ensure adherence to provincial cannabis regulations
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail or service
- Proven sales management capabilities
- Experience in cannabis or regulated retail preferred
- Must hold valid cannabis selling certification
- Capability to perform physical tasks and complete a Criminal Record Check
