Director of Service

Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports (“Linck”) requires a Director of Service. This is a permanent, full-time (70 hours bi-weekly) position.
As Linck continues to evolve its integrated service model, this role will play a key part in shaping how services are delivered across programs and communities. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the incumbent will provide strategic and organizational leadership across assigned service areas within a dynamic, integrated environment, including Mental Health services, Developmental services, and the Supported Living department. The Director will also represent Linck both locally and provincially.
The successful candidate will bring strong strategic perspective, operational credibility, and the capacity to influence across teams and systems. They will be expected to proactively align service delivery with emerging demands, foster innovation, drive continuous quality improvement, and contribute as a key member of the agency’s senior leadership team in advancing Linck’s mission and future direction.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Human Services required, with a preference for a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW); or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive service delivery, with experience working across diverse communities, cultures, and traditions.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ progressive leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of management and organizational theory and practices.
- Experience in the development and implementation of evidence-informed programming is considered an asset.
- Able to build strong relationships locally, regionally, and provincially.
- Strong leadership in planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality services through the effective management of human and fiscal resources.
