Lead impactful client partnerships as Gallagher's Vice President of Client Relationships in Canada. This hybrid role is perfect for an accomplished business development leader focused on strategic relationship building. As the Vice President at Gallagher Talent Solutions, you'll expand our Canadian presence by leveraging your network and forming executive-level relationships. You'll drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing client partnerships, and utilizing Gallagher's comprehensive Talent Solutions. Join a collaborative environment aiming for meaningful impact on both clients and their businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Identify and develop new client opportunities for sustainable growth
- Connect clients with Gallagher’s diverse Talent Solutions
- Lead insightful conversations positioning Gallagher as a partner
- Develop strategic account growth plans translating opportunities into results
- 5 to 8 years in business development or strategic relationship management
- Proven success in generating revenue and client expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Consultative approach to business development
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
