Guest Services & Front Office Leader

Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-ville is seeking a Guest Service Manager to assist the Front Office Manager and supervise the hotel's front desk, night audit and guest services operations. You will help maintain brand standards, ensure safety and security, and protect hotel property.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual (French and English) communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and respond to guest needs promptly.
