Scalecom Global (SGC) is a performance-based ecommerce marketing company. We run Meta ads, store conversion rate and email/SMS for DTC Shopify brands, mostly fashion and apparel. Clients pay $0 upfront, we earn 10% of the new revenue we generate, and we guarantee we 2X the brand in 90 days or they pay nothing.

We only get paid when our clients stay and grow. This seat is why they stay.

THE JOB IN ONE LINE

Own every client relationship and every client project, so our specialists can focus on producing results and our clients always know exactly where they stand.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

- Every client project on track or completed, every week, by day 30.

- A testimonial, case study or referral captured from every client who qualifies for one, by day 30.

- Your book of clients at an average health score of 7 out of 10 or better, every week, by day 60.

- All client communication handled by you by day 30, so the rest of the team spends almost no time on it day to day.

WHAT YOU DO

- Run all client communication: messages, weekly updates, monthly reviews, and the calls.

- Lead client calls on camera: kickoffs, monthly reviews, check-ins, and the hard ones.

- Run the project board: turn plans into tasks, give every task one owner and one due date, and follow up until it's done.

- Onboard new clients from kickoff to steady state.

- Capture the wins: testimonials, video testimonials, case studies and referrals.

You don't build ad campaigns or set strategy. Our specialists do that. You make sure what we promise actually happens, on time.

HOW YOU GET PAID

- Base: $2,200–$2,500 per month, set by experience.

- Retention bonus: $100 per retained client, per quarter.

- Advocacy bonuses: $25 per written testimonial, $150 per video testimonial, $300 per case study, $350 per signed referral.

On our current book, a strong operator earns roughly $2,700–$3,500+ per month to start. As the book grows, this seat pays upwards of $10,000 per month. Every bonus comes from a client who stayed or a client who's happy enough to say so.

HOW YOU WORK

- Fully remote.

- Core hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday.

- A written scorecard. You always know where you stand, every week, in numbers.

- Independent contractor seat, full-time hours.

THE TEAM

Small and senior. Everybody here gets paid when the brands grow, so everybody wants you to win. You work alongside our media buyer and report directly to SGC's founder, Leon Zheng.

WHY THIS SEAT

You're the face of the company to every client we have. Most client-facing roles hand you a script and a ticket queue. This one hands you the relationship, the board and the calls, and you'll see exactly what your work does to retention every week. If you're good at this, you'll know it, and so will your bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE DONE

- 2+ years in a client-facing role at an ecommerce brand, a paid-media company or a marketing company (client success, account management, project management).

- Managed a book of several clients at once.

- Led client calls on camera, including at least one with an unhappy client.

- Run projects on a task board (Notion, Monday, Asana, ClickUp or similar).

- Fluent written and spoken English.

HOW WE HIRE

A short screening call, a deep interview about your career history, focused interviews on the outcomes above, and reference calls with past managers you name and set up for us. The process takes about 16 days.
