- Develop organizational HR strategies and goals
- Oversee the HR department's professional learning

- Collaborate with the Director of Talent for seamless HR operations
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, ideally in education
- 7 years’ leadership experience mentoring staff
- Knowledge of labour relations and conflict resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
