En tant que coordinateur qualité, vous serez au cœur de l'amélioration continue de nos services d'ingénierie. Vous participerez directement à la gestion du système qualité et à la formation des employés. Ce rôle comprend également l'analyse des données qualité et la gestion des non-conformités, garantissant ainsi un haut niveau de satisfaction client. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer la gestion du SGQ ISO 9001:2015
- Elaborer et mettre à jour les documents qualité
- Coordonnateur des formations qualité pour les employés
- Réaliser audits qualité et analyses de données
- Suivre la satisfaction client et exigences qualité
- Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie
- Expertise en ISO 9001:2015
- Compétences en analyse et communication
- Bilingue en anglais et français
- Maîtrise des MS Office, SharePoint un plus
