• Lead commercial legal services for Western Canada
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Advise teams on contract interpretation and risk mitigation
• Contribute legal insight to regional leadership meetings
• Support corporate development and acquisitions

Requirements:

• Law degree and good standing with Canadian law society
• 10-15 years of relevant legal experience
• Expertise in commercial agreements and risk management
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction projects
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
