Senior Companion / Home Care Assistant Needed (Part-Time)

Location: Ava Road Area, Brantford, ON We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient individual to provide companionship and light home care support for a senior woman in her home. About the Position: The client is a senior who experiences anxiety that can occasionally result in dizziness. Because of this, she cannot be left alone during the day and requires a caring companion who can offer reassurance, companionship, and assistance if needed. Schedule:
- 3 weekdays per week (Monday to Friday)
- Approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Specific days may vary based on the family's work schedule
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Remain present in the home during scheduled hours
- Assist as needed during episodes of anxiety or dizziness
- Light support and supervision to ensure comfort and safety
- Experience working with seniors is an asset
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable providing companionship and light assistance
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset but not required
