Director Renewable Project Finance

Lead renewable project finance across North America at Brookfield Renewable, using financial modeling and negotiation skills to execute major financings.Reporting to the Vice President of Capital Markets, this Director supports fundraising for Brookfield’s North American Renewable Power Platform. The work spans debt financings, refinancings, restructurings, development, construction, and acquisitions. Transaction sizes range from $30 million to more than $1 billion.Key Responsibilities:
Lead financing negotiations with lenders and legal counselDirect lender due diligence across internal and external teamsCoordinate transaction reviews, approvals, and financial closingsDevelop term sheets, credit agreements, and finance documentsPrepare financing strategies and management presentationsRequirements:
Eight or more years of experienceCorporate or project finance experienceStrong financial modeling and structuring capabilitiesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUndergraduate finance or accounting diploma, or MBAApply financial modeling, structuring, and stakeholder leadership to renewable power financings at Brookfield Renewable North America.
