Divisional Head of Workforce Strategies

This senior role within the Workforce Directorate focuses on enhancing HR policies and practices that align with the Trust's objectives. You'll be responsible for coaching managers on best practices in people management while promoting a culture of employee engagement and effective communication. Your leadership will facilitate the implementation of workforce improvements and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align workforce plans with Trust-wide strategies
• Advocate for and lead organizational change
• Implement OD and workforce initiatives effectively
• Coach managers on performance and motivation
• Regularly review workforce metrics for improvement
Requirements:
• Significant experience in workforce management
• Deep knowledge of HR policies and frameworks
• Proven track record in change management
• Excellent relationship management abilities
• Capacity for strategic analysis of workforce data
