Strategic Advisor for Women's Empowerment

Enhance women's empowerment in Medellín, Colombia as a Strategic Partnership Advisor with Cuso International. This role, focused on stakeholder engagement, seeks Canadian citizens or permanent residents for a five-month volunteer commitment. As a Strategic Partnership Advisor, you will understand business needs and implement tailored training solutions. You will engage with private sector companies to evaluate skill shortages and ensure vocational training meets market demands. This impactful position begins in August 2026 and aims to drive equitable development in the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys to identify local businesses' skill shortages
• Deliver workshops to enhance financial facilitation
• Host networking events for collaboration opportunities
