Un(e) analyste fonctionnel

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d' un(e) analyste fonctionnel spécialisé(e) en systèmes d'information, possédant de solides connaissances en gestion de projet ainsi qu'une expertise en implémentation de solutions numériques en environnement infonuagique.

Responsabilités

Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des travaux liés à la mise en œuvre du système;
Superviser l'installation, la configuration et l'intégration de la solution;
Réaliser et encadrer la migration des données existantes vers la nouvelle plateforme;
Paramétrer et gérer les tables de pilotage nécessaires à la classification des dossiers;
Assurer la mise en place des processus de traitement des réclamations : réception, validation, ouverture, assignation, suivi et fermeture des dossiers;
Assurer la gestion des rôles et permissions afin de contrôler l'accès aux données et aux fonctionnalités du système;
Définir et mettre en œuvre les mécanismes de suivi, de recherche et de consultation des dossiers;
Réaliser et maintenir à jour la documentation fonctionnelle et technique;
Assurer le respect des exigences de sécurité, de confidentialité et de protection des renseignements personnels;
Assurer le support, le dépannage et le suivi des incidents selon les niveaux de service établis;
Produire des rapports et analyses pour les besoins opérationnels et décisionnels;
Assurer la formation des utilisateurs et le transfert des connaissances;
Informer le responsable du projet de tout incident ou obstacle et proposer des solutions adaptées;
Réaliser tous autres travaux relevant d'un chef de projet ou analyste fonctionnel en technologies de l'information

Qualifications

Détenir un diplôme universitaire pertinent en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe, ou une expérience équivalente;
Cumuler plusieurs années d'expérience en technologies de l'information, dont une expérience significative en gestion de projets ;
Avoir participé à des projets d'implantation de solutions infonuagiques (SaaS);
Avoir une bonne compréhension des architectures modernes, des environnements intégrés et des API REST;
Avoir de l'expérience en gestion et migration de données (importation, extraction, structuration);
Connaître les mécanismes de sécurité informatique (authentification, gestion des accès, conformité);
Avoir une bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la protection des renseignements personnels;
Capacité à documenter clairement les besoins, contraintes, risques et solutions;
Esprit de synthèse, rigueur méthodologique et orientation client;
Excellente capacité de communication et de rédaction en français

Le salaire sera calculé sur la base du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil.

Lieu de travail

Le lieu de travail sera déterminé selon le mandat, il peut être en télétravail ou chez le client.
