Nous sommes à la recherche d’un directeur ou d’une directrice en assurance collective qui se joindra à l’équipe d’actuariat au bureau de Québec ou de Montréal. Tu jongleras avec des mandats variés tout en profitant de notre formule multidisciplinaire. C’est l’occasion parfaite d’exercer ton autonomie, tout en étant soutenu par une équipe compétente et solidaire.
Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
- Une semaine de 37,5 heures flexible et le vendredi après-midi libre
- Une politique de télétravail hybride
- Un cumulatif de 10% de vacances annuelles (équivalant à cinq (5) semaines annuellement) + des congés payés entre Noël et le jour de l’An

- Du café à volonté et une allocation de repas de 400$ avec un service de traiteur
Ce que tu accompliras
- Offrir un accompagnement stratégique à nos clients et participer à la réflexion sur la gestion de ceux‑ci
- Participer aux processus de négociation avec les assureurs
- Appuyer les analystes dans la réalisation des renouvellements
- Superviser les analyses de soumissions et émettre des recommandations
- Réaliser des diagnostics financiers lors de mandats spéciaux ou en appui aux conseillers et conseillères en lien avec le développement des affaires
- Assurer la révision et le contrôle qualité des documents avant la remise au client ou à la cliente
- Participer à l’amélioration des méthodes de travail et des relations avec les assureurs
Profil recherché
- Un BAC en actuariat
- Un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente
- Un niveau d’anglais fonctionnel (un atout)
Compétences et qualités attendues
- Un bon esprit d’analyse
- De la flexibilité dans la gestion de mandats multiples et variés
- La capacité à travailler sous pression et selon un rythme soutenu
