Lead nuclear capital programs with GHD across Ontario, combining project governance and multidisciplinary delivery in a hybrid leadership role. Drive complex projects through execution.GHD seeks an experienced Nuclear Project Director for complex nuclear and energy capital projects across Canada and North America. This senior client-facing leader will oversee portfolios, governance, risk management, and major project execution. The work spans proposal, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities:
Direct complex nuclear and energy projects from concept through closeoutLead capital planning, prioritization, governance, and execution readinessBuild client relationships with operators, government, and community partnersGuide multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and operations readinessDrive safety, commercial controls, risk, and issue resolutionRequirements:
15-18 years in nuclear, energy, or related sectorsEngineering degree or related technical qualification preferredProfessional licensure or eligibility preferred, including P.Eng. and PMPMajor capital project experience valued in hundreds of millionsNuclear business development experience in a market-facing role requiredBring nuclear leadership, capital project execution, governance, and client engagement expertise to GHD's Ontario Energy business.
