Job Summary

As a Student Nurse , you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Inviva Coordination Centre and Operations team. This role supports the efficient handling of patient documentation, file management, and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collect and sort documentation from fax machines for appropriate Patient Care Representatives
• Assist with distributing and faxing key documentation to customers and stakeholders
• Organize and prepare patient files for offsite storage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and electronic)
• Provide phone support to the Coordination Centre team as needed
• Collaborate with Head Office teams to organize and maintain patient information
• Support special projects and research initiatives as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing (BScN) program
• 0–1 years of relevant experience

Key Competencies

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

$17.69 - $22.21
