Lead the Adult Neurodevelopment Division at CAMH, enhancing clinical care and research for neurodevelopmental disorders at the University of Toronto. This full-time role offers a chance to drive mental health initiatives. As the Division Chief, you will take on an Associate Professor or Professor role, guiding a dedicated team in mental health research. Your leadership will integrate research, education, and clinical practice, ensuring high-quality services for transitional populations. Experience in complex organizations is essential to mentor the next generation of professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical services for neurodevelopmental disorders
• Collaborate across clinical and academic leadership
• Represent the division in provincial and national forums
• Promote innovative research and educational initiatives
• Support mentorship and development of division staff Requirements:
• MD and eligibility for Royal College certification
• Eligible for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto
• Leadership experience in transitional populations
• Proven expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions
