Sick of sweeping floors when you should be welding? Trade high rent, heavy traffic, and wild shifts for our Thorsby, AB facility. We run a fast-paced structural plant hiring a driven Welder Apprentice today. While local base pay fits the region, abundant overtime and three-day weekends make this lucrative. Unlimited Overtime: Don't look at base pay alone. Abundant overtime allows motivated apprentices to build huge weekly paychecks quickly.

Real Fabrication Work: Earn valuable bluebook hours on heavy structural steel builds instead of spending all day sweeping or grinding shop floors.

Full Benefits & Year-Round Work: Enjoy complete health and dental coverage, shop tools, two weeks paid leave, and steady year-round employment.

Responsibilities
Heavy Wire Welding: Execute high-volume FCAW and MCAW (flat position) on large industrial builds while training under expert journeymen.
