Experienced Kitchen Sales Rep

Job Responsibility:

Rouge Fine Cabinetry is seeking a highly experienced kitchen sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive existing clientele, a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, a drive to meet and exceed sales targets within the luxury kitchen cabinetry and millwork industry.

*Please note this is 100% commission based position. There is no cap on your income as income is based on your own performance and drive*

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Product Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of kitchen products and materials, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and accessories, as well as their features, specifications, and applications.
• Design Skills : Proficiency in kitchen design principles and concepts, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts and configurations that meet client needs and preferences.
• Customer Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to confidently present product offerings, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Project Management Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial client consultation to project completion, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools used in kitchen design and sales, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry Knowledge : Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings in the kitchen and home improvement industry.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to think creatively and proactively to address client needs, resolve issues, and find solutions that meet both client requirements and company objectives.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, including designers, installers, and other sales professionals, to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
• Customer Focus : Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction, with a customer-centric approach to sales that prioritizes building long-term relationships and earning repeat business and referrals.
• Education and Certification : A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field may be preferred, along with relevant certifications or training in sales, design, or kitchen industry-specific areas.
• Must speak fluent English
