Summer Student Receptionist

Job Responsibility: High Prairie School Division is inviting applicants for: Temporary Summer Receptionist July and August 2024 High Prairie Learning Support Center Duties include, but not limited to: Manage multi-line phone systems, scanners and photocopiers. Perform general office duties such as answering telephone inquiries Act as first point-of-contact to callers, relay messages, and transfer calls as appropriate. Welcomes visitors and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs. Open and distribute mail. Provide support to various departments. Other duties as assigned by Administrator(s). Must be able to: Work independently. Flexibility to move between activities and duties quickly. Positive attitude for greeting guests and staff. Maintain student and staff confidentiality in all circumstances. Strong organizational skills Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Additional Requirements: Summer Student Resume Three professional references The successful candidate must produce an ORIGINAL, acceptable, recent (less than six months old) Criminal Record Check at time of the interview. Criminal Record Check must include a Vulnerable Sector Check. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
