Senior Director Retail Demand Planning

Shape demand forecasting and retail inventory strategy for Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian women-owned jewellery company with a remote opportunity. Build models that guide growth.This senior leadership role sets the integrated planning function across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale. You will connect demand, assortment, inventory, and capital through forecasting, Open-to-Buy, allocation, and replenishment. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations for executives.Key Responsibilities:
Connect inventory strategy with long-range planningManage budget, margin, cash flow, and riskRebuild legacy tools into scalable automated systemsTranslate complex data into executive recommendationsPartner with Product, Finance, and Supply ChainRequirements:
10–15 years of progressive planning experienceHigh-growth, multi-channel retail experience preferredExperience coaching and developing plannersPlanning systems implementation or enhancement experienceBusiness, Merchandising, Accounting, or Finance degreeUse demand planning, inventory strategy, systems transformation, and executive communication to support Hillberg & Berk’s multi-channel growth.
