NSCC A'Paqt Project Management Lead

Become the A'Paqt Project Lead at NSCC in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia. This full-time role emphasizes project coordination, community engagement, and resource management. Utilize your three years of relevant experience in project management to build partnerships and support academic initiatives within the college. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics and outreach for the A'Paqt Project
- Foster relationships with community groups and agencies
- Identify student needs and define partnership strategies
- Manage resource allocation and program delivery
- Evaluate and ensure success tracking for students
- Degree or Diploma in Community Development or related areas
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management
- Experience in Mi'kmaq communities is advantageous
- Competence in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
