Lead Manufacturing Projects On-Site

Drive innovation at Quality & Company as the Manufacturing Project Lead. This full-time, on-site role focuses on project scheduling, client relations, and team management. As the Manufacturing Project Lead, your primary focus will be on overseeing project profitability and ensuring on-time deliveries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage multiple aspects of product development while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal departments. • Conduct effective client correspondence regarding project updates
• Oversight of daily operations and productivity monitoring
• Schedule work across various departments effectively
• Ensure projects follow schedules through to shipping
• Coordinate updates with design teams and external clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience
• Experience with shop drawings/blueprints is a bonus
• Related post-secondary education is required
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel for scheduling
• Ability to think critically and streamline processes
