Ai Platform Lead Engineer

Shape scalable intelligent automation across global operations.As an AI Lead Engineer and Technical Lead, you will combine hands-on coding with technical direction for Citi's Services AI Platform. Build full-stack components, multi-tenant agents, and retrieval systems for enterprise workflows. Use AWS, generative AI, and model development skills to deliver production-ready platform capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Build Python and Angular AI platform componentsDesign multi-tenant agents with ReAct and ReWOO orchestrationDevelop Model Context Protocol servers and API boundariesImplement Knowledge Graph RAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR pipelinesCollaborate across subject matter, UI, and API teamsRequirements:
10 or more years of software engineering experience5 or more years delivering production AI and machine learning solutions2 or more years of hands-on generative AI experience3 or more years leading technical teams and platform deliveryPractical AWS experience and a relevant bachelor's or master's degreeBring technical leadership, AWS expertise, and production AI engineering skills to Citi's Services AI Platform in Mississauga.
