YOUR MISSION AT INFASCO:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for shipping activities, inventory management, and transportation coordination for Infasco's Marieville plant.

This position offers significant growth potential in a dynamic environment. You will actively participate in exciting projects such as the implementation of a new ERP system, contributing to the evolution of our operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and prioritizing plating operations, secondary operations, assembly, and packaging in alignment with planning;
• Planning, organizing, and optimizing shipping (scheduling, loading, customs, client communication) of our goods to suppliers and clients;
• Supervising, coaching, and developing your team of unionized employees while respecting the current collective agreement;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and policies to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees;
• Managing inventory rigorously (accuracy and cycle counts);
• Acting as a change agent in the continuous improvement of logistics processes;
• Following procurement department directives in selecting carriers for each transport line;
• Managing carrier performance to minimize costs without compromising quality and service;
• Building excellent relationships with your team and other departments;
• Maintaining and applying C-TPAT certification;
• Performing any other related tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Diploma in logistics, management, or a related field;
• Minimum of five years of experience in similar roles;
• Experience managing personnel in a unionized environment;
• Proficiency with computer tools and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of USMCA, customs requirements, global logistics challenges, and Incoterms;
• Bilingual (English-French) to communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients;
• Proven ability to demonstrate rigor, resourcefulness, initiative, and determination;
• Excellent communicator capable of maintaining good relationships with employees and strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a team, collaborative mindset, and strong prioritization skills.
