Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to join our food and beverage team.

Whether you already have experience in the kitchen or want to develop your skills in a stimulating professional environment, we are committed to providing you with the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. Above all, we are looking for passionate, motivated individuals who take pride in a job well done.

You will work as part of a dynamic kitchen brigade where teamwork, skills development, and the enjoyment of cooking are highly valued. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, Anne-France, who has been part of the Auberge team since 2006, the kitchen team showcases Québec cuisine inspired by local and seasonal products.

Your role

• Participate in the preparation and execution of dishes
• Carry out daily food preparation and mise en place
• Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the entire team to provide a high-quality dining experience

• $22.29/hour for Cooks
• $19.50/hour for Kitchen Helpers
• Permanent or seasonal employment

Schedule

• Day or evening shifts
