Job Responsibility:
Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Shift UCP Medication Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medication administration and care to seniors in an assisted living facility or nursing home setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during the night shift.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents- Document all care provided accurately and timely
Skills:- Experience in dementia care and working with seniors preferred- Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols- Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices- Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home regulations and procedures- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Note: This is a night shift position, requiring availability during overnight hours.

UCP Training is a requirement for this position. Training is provided by our Pharmacy.
