HDR Site Civil Section Leadership Role

HDR, Inc.

Drive site civil engineering initiatives as the Site Civil Section Manager with HDR in Toronto. Focus on team management and technical project leadership. As part of HDR's Building Engineering Services (BES), this leadership role emphasizes driving project success and cultivating a high-performing team of engineers. You will take charge of daily operations, ensuring project quality and profitability while mentoring staff to excel in their roles. Your leadership will contribute significantly to innovative infrastructure development that benefits both local and global communities. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Site Civil section in daily operations
Mentor and develop project personnel for success
Ensure high-quality deliverables on site civil projects
Support local and national marketing efforts
Implement company policies effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in civil engineering
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Familiarity with Civil3D and Bluebeam Revu
Active participation in industry associations
