SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) Functional Consultant (Montreal)

Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) Functional Consultant to join their project in August. The role will run for one year with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP MII project implementation experience and demonstrate adaptability. This will be a hybrid role with the exact number of on‑site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee real‑time production monitoring by acquiring and analyzing data from machinery, PLCs, sensors, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Generate comprehensive production reports to track output, downtime, scrap rates, quality control results, and overall efficiency.
• Design and maintain manufacturing dashboards to deliver live visibility into operational performance.
• Facilitate seamless data integration between plant‑floor systems and the SAP ERP workplace.
• Define, calculate, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including OEE, throughput, and cycle times.
• Implement exception management protocols to trigger instant alerts and escalates production issues as they occur.
