Overview Insurance Broker - Personal & Small Commercial- Acera Insurance Onoway
Salaried broker position for personal and small commercial insurance in the town of Onoway. Applicants MUST live within 30 minutes of Onoway . We are looking for a rural type person who likes small town atmosphere and people.
Job Type : Full time salaried. In office.
Work Location : Onoway, AB
Pay : Based on Experience
License/Certification : Must have General Level 1 License for at least 1 year.
Experience : Insurance sales 1-2 years. Preference given to longer experience.
- Proven experience in customer service and insurance sales is essential.
- Experience with insurance company's portals and quoting software.
- Experience and working knowledge of Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services.
- Commercial experience with working knowledge of various commercial lines business and commercial markets.
Education : CIP or CAIB preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to address their insurance needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current insurance policies and identify areas for improvement or additional coverage.
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products including personal lines property and auto, as well as small commercial property and auto.
- Assist clients in completing applications and documentation for insurance policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure the best possible rates and coverages for clients.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present it in an understandable manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
