Insurance Branch Manager

Are you passionate about leading a team and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Branch Manager to join our team in Camrose, a cornerstone of the community with deep roots and a strong commitment to serving our neighbors.

As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our branch's reputation for excellence. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a legacy and contribute to the growth and success of a branch that has been integral to the community for years.

As a Branch Manager with Western Financial Group, you will use your Insurance expertise to effectively manage and support your team to achieve established sales targets, while focusing on employee engagement and client retention.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying a succession plan
• Deliver results through the development and execution of business, budget and sales strategies
• Champion, communicate and implement corporate initiatives, policies and procedures
• Review and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence
• Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

• General Insurance Level 2 License required
• Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets
• Experience in recruitment, staff development and performance management
• Involvement in industry related associations and your community
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
• Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Camrose, Alberta

Requisition #: 81566 Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
