Customer Education Specialist at Jobscan

Lead standard onboarding and implementation sessions
Conduct live virtual faculty and student training
Maintain customer-facing educational resources and guides
Coordinate timing and launch of onboarding campaigns
Track webinar attendance and report training metrics

Requirements:

1-3 years in customer education or training
Excellent written communication skills
Knowledge of CRM tools with strong organization
Comfortable facilitating virtual training for diverse audiences
Based in Canada with work authorization
