Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and propose regulatory policies for credit unions
• Analyze financial performance and risk trends continuously
• Perform in-depth research on the financial and regulatory environment
• Build relationships to support proactive self-regulation
• Manage departmental activities to meet corporate objectives
Requirements:
• Business administration or commerce degree required
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial services
• Competence in policy development and financial modeling
• Strong interpretative and communication skills
• Leadership and stakeholder facilitation experience valued
