Three or more years of technical recruiting experienceTrack record hiring software engineers and technical talentStrong sourcing skills reaching passive candidatesTechnical fluency across engineering and AI rolesAbility to work from Toronto officeBring technical sourcing, candidate judgment, and recruiting ownership to Fiscal.Ai’s engineering and AI hiring efforts in Toronto.
