Fractional Integrator at OpsLab

Become a key player at OpsLab as a Fractional Integrator, supporting companies in North America to scale effectively. OpsLab is on the lookout for a Fractional Integrator who has proven success in EOS-driven organizations. You will step into environments where EOS implementation needs refining, diagnosing challenges, and delivering clarity. Your responsibilities include leading key meetings, ensuring accountability, and coaching teams toward self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Run high-quality L10 meetings that enhance accountability
• Own Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts
• Lead introspective IDS conversations for root cause analysis
• Diagnose EOS breakdowns and determine corrective actions
• Align priorities with financial outcomes for growth

Requirements:

• Proven Integrator experience within EOS frameworks
• Deep understanding of EOS strategies and execution
• Financial literacy and ownership of P&L discussions
• Skill in identifying root issues quickly
• Strong coaching, facilitating, and operational abilities
