Portfolio Director at ABB Canada

Drive the Commercial Portfolio strategy at ABB in a hybrid work model. Leverage your 10+ years of leadership experience to shape product strategies and optimize outcomes. In this Director role, you will report to the Vice-President of Product Marketing for the ELIP category at ABB. You will lead the allocation of resources across product lines and ensure that strategic plans align with business goals. This position also requires collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maintain a healthy offering portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the go-to-market model for product offerings
- Oversee portfolio strategy and optimize time to market
- Lead the Product Management team for execution support
- Monitor market dynamics to ensure product vitality
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments
- Minimum 10 years in leadership roles with direct reports
- Expertise in product strategy and portfolio management
- Proven experience with complex product portfolios
- Bachelor's in engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- Fluency in both English and French for communication
