I&C Engineer for Small Modular Reactors

Join AtkinsRéalis as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer specializing in Small Modular Reactors for Nuclear plants. Engage in the design and development of I&C systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role demands an experienced I&C Engineer with a BS Honors degree and at least 10 years in design implementation and construction support. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, providing field support, and performing detailed designs of nuclear I&C systems. Your expertise in instrumentation and control configurations will be crucial for project success. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update I&C engineering design documents
• Represent design engineering during fabrication and construction
• Provide I&C design support to construction teams
• Perform conceptual and detailed design for systems
• Specify and size I&C components including documentation Requirements:
• BS Honors in I&C/Electrical/Automation engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Smart plant instrumentation and nuclear QA programs
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to become a Nuclear Energy Worker Leverage your I&C expertise to enhance technology in nuclear power with AtkinsRéalis.
