Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help shape the future of energy supply and retail. This role is focused on building customer relationships, generating new business, conducting energy and water assessments, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

Compensation

Base Salary

• $60,000 annualized during training.
• Salary increases to $75,000 annually once 100 RCEs are enrolled.
• Performance reviews are conducted every 4 months based on quota achievement.

Commissions

• $30 per enrolled RCE , based on LVC PAR.
• Additional $10 per enrolled RCE upon reaching the 2,000 enrolled RCE threshold.
• Additional $10 per enrolled RCE upon reaching the 5,000 enrolled RCE threshold.
• To qualify for additional commission thresholds, representatives must maintain the required monthly quota and/or an 80% conversion rate plus 4 prospects .

Monthly Bonuses

• SEP Green: $10 per RCE .
• SEP Green + 100 enrolled LVC RCEs: $10 per RCE .

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily and in a timely manner with sales management.
• Maintain regular communication with team members, role models, and field managers.
• Attend all appointments generated by the inside sales team on time.
• Self-prospect for new customers to maximize productivity and meet prospecting and lead-generation requirements.
• Conduct energy and water audits and assessments.
• Deliver sales presentations using approved sales materials, procedures, and processes.
• Achieve minimum sales targets and performance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to introduce qualifying customers to additional products and services.
• Participate in company-directed sales training and motivational programs.
• Follow all corporate sales policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Conduct all sales activities ethically and professionally.

Requirements & Performance Expectations

• Achieve a minimum of 100 enrolled RCEs per month .
• Work within the territory assigned by the company.
• Follow all company-provided materials, processes, protocols, and training.
• Maintain a polite, courteous, and professional approach with customers and colleagues.
• Conduct business ethically and in accordance with applicable Canadian and Ontario laws and regulations.
• Successfully complete annual certification tests and required training tests.
• Successfully complete a criminal record check.
• Communicate regularly with sales management and inside sales team members.
• Attend required company conferences and meetings.
• Maintain required working hours.
• Standard working hours are 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday .
• Be available within operational hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM , as required.
• Attend customer appointments promptly and professionally.
• Have a vehicle in good working condition.
• Possess a valid driver's licence and be insurable.
