Lead Java development for Citi’s risk platforms, applying XVA expertise and supporting teams serving London and New York markets. This full time role centers on advanced application programming.As a senior Lead Java Risk Developer, you will establish and implement application systems with Citi Technology teams. The work covers CVA, XVA, counterparty credit risk, MongoDB, Python, Kafka, and cloud platforms. You will lead systems analysis and programming activities while improving products and processes.Key Responsibilities:
Integrate functions across management teams and define system enhancementsEvaluate complex business and system processesDesign applications according to the architecture blueprintDevelop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standardsCoach developers and analysts while allocating workRequirements:
Six or more years in applications development or systems analysisBusiness knowledge of CVA, XVA, and counterparty credit riskIn-depth Java, MongoDB, Python, and Kafka knowledgeCloud application experience with Kubernetes or OpenShiftBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
master’s preferredLead Citi risk technology development through Java, XVA knowledge, systems analysis, and application architecture expertise.
