Maintenance Planner

A major uranium producer with tier-one operations in northern Saskatchewan is executing a significant project. We're supporting their Operational Readiness team with a contract Maintenance Planner to close out the last-mile planning work. This is a fly-out position from Saskatoon, SK

The operational readiness plan is well advanced; construction readiness, training, control models, and the integrated site schedule are all in place. What's missing is a planner's eye. The maintenance plan was developed without one, and this role exists to validate it, work it through SAP, and get it operationally ready before commissioning.

What you'll do

• Validate and finalize the maintenance plan in SAP, working through the commissioning stage in detail
• Identify the additional steps and gaps that weren't captured when the plan was originally built
• Handle ad hoc maintenance notifications and planning as they arise
• Work alongside the Operational Readiness lead and the broader maintenance organization

What you bring

• Solid maintenance planning background
• SAP experience is required
• Intermediate-level experience - you can operate independently on scope without needing a plan handed to you
• Comfort influencing across teams you don't manage
• Prior commissioning or project-to-operations transition work would be an asset
