Job Description

Best Level Construction is hiring framers, labourers, and potential lead hands for full-time work in the Steinbach area.

We’ve spent more than 30 years building large agricultural and commercial projects across Manitoba. We’re proud of the work we do, but even more proud of the people who build it.

Some of our best crew leaders started with little or no experience. They showed up with a good attitude, worked hard, kept learning, and took on more responsibility. That’s still what we look for today.

Experience is helpful, but it isn’t everything. We’re interested in people who:
