- Lead mechanical and piping project oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Manage procurement, contracts, and design processes
- Prepare project status reporting and documentation
- Mentor project team members for performance improvement
- Minimum of 7 years in mechanical project management
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Engineering degree, CET, or PMP certification advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Must be eligible for work in Canada and willing to travel
