THE ROLE Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the incumbent will prepare, cook, and serve food in accordance with menus, established and standardized recipes, and production control charts. The Cook will be responsible to ensure that quality products and services are provided in accordance with identified standards. The incumbent will operate kitchen equipment, restock shelves and maintain a clean and sanitary work
area. Adhere to Tim Horton's service standards during operation of the kiosk and equipment that supplies Tim Horton's product. Comply with NPF policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND several years experience in the food service sector, or in a related hospitality field
Food Handling Certification, as required
Experience
In commercial food service
In food preparation and stock rotation
In personnel administration
In operating kitchen equipment
In ordering and food storage
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
