What You'll Do

As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Service Manager to support daily branch operations by:

• Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
• Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.
• Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals.
• Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling, payroll, and billing information using TEAM software.
• Monitoring employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the Client Service Manager and providing coverage when needed.
• Occasionally traveling locally to client sites as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on operational needs.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, administration, or workforce coordination.
• Previous experience in the security industry or in a supervisory role.
