Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

The Bugman Pest Control team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help convert inbound leads and close new service jobs across the Fraser Valley.

We generate a high volume of inbound calls (50+ per day) providing a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to maximize their earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs
• Follow up on potential customers and close sales
• Identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base pay at minimum wage plus commission on closed jobs
• Most jobs range from $300-$1,200, with bed bug jobs often exceeding $3,000
• Expected monthly earnings: $4,000-$8,000+, with higher potential for strong performers
• Additional commission opportunities available for outbound sales (based on experience and performance)
